Aiolos

Aiolos is another favorite spot of ours, especially after a day of swimming on this side of the island (Navagos). Greek people love making the most of sunny weather, dining out, and truly enjoying their holidays, and Aiolos perfectly embodies that spirit.

The risotto here is fantastic, and every day they serve fresh fish caught by local Samian fishermen, which makes it a must-visit for seafood lovers. While Alberto isn’t used to eating out as often as Greeks do, he’s definitely getting the hang of it—especially when it’s a place as good as Aiolos. It’s a spot we always look forward to visiting!
